A city made of cardboard in an art gallery

“The premise is simple, yet it invites discourse on a range of ideas from the rich and poor divide, to housing problems and relocation, an exploration of homemaking and what makes a community work.
The developing cardboard city, part shanty, part skyscraper, is intriguingly attractive. As it is at closer inspection, with the joyous individual structures produced – some resemble forts, others on stilts or layered up like a pagoda.”
